FitFunHappy was created by our head PT Patrick Walker in 2022 to help people of all ages have better health and fitness regardless of their location or busy schedule.

I’ve been working out with Patrick as my personal trainer for 2 months now, and I feel great! Two months ago, I wasn’t able to motivate myself to go to the gym, but now, it is just a part of my daily routine. When I go to the gym, I know exactly what I need to do, as he has scheduled each day’s workout for me. I just open the app and do the workout he’s provided me with. He changes the routine every now and then to make sure my body is always being challenged, and each week we check in to review my weight, progress, and goals, to ensure I’m on the right track and to offer guidance along the way. This is the first time I’ve tried an online trainer. At first, I was a bit confused about how it worked, as I’ve only ever used an in-person trainer before. However, after using it, I was happy to see that it offered me the accountability that a traditional PT offers, but with more flexible scheduling. Also, how he uses the app to display my results (weight, progress photos, heart rate, % fat ratio, etc.) is really motivating and transparent which I never had from an in-person trainer. Our health is so important, and I feel very happy to have someone watching out for me each week. I would recommend Patrick to anyone who is trying to take the next step in improving themselves.
